The International Labour Organization has released a major study by Adelaide Law School academics Professors Andrew Stewart, Rosemary Owens and Ms Anne Hewitt, together with recent graduate Irene Nikoloudakis. It evaluates the regulation of internships and other forms of work experience across 13 developed, emerging and developing nations and proposes guidelines for the establishment of new labour standards on this important subject.
